In these cases, the use of an excellent buyer’s agent can be particularly important in order to protect the interests of the buyer, negotiate the best price, guide the inspection process to avoid unpleasant and expensive surprises, to navigate and facilitate the transaction, and to ensure the transaction follows the steps required by law.
